She wanted to contribute to the family income but needed an opportunity that would allow her to work from home.
In September, Sindhu came across the Certification in Aari and Basic Embroidery course organized by ATSWA Trust. With constant motivation from her trainers, she learned quickly and confidently. Upon completing the course, Sindhu started receiving embroidery orders from her neighbors, charging between Rs. 700 and Rs. 800 per order.
She is currently expanding her business, with ATSWA Trust's placement cell linking her to potential Aari workspaces, providing her family with financial stability and empowering her with newfound independence.

She mastered basic computer operations, English communication, and essential workplace soft skills like customer interaction and teamwork.
The Success: After completing her training on 29th September 2025, Deepika secured a role as a Cashier at MedPlus in Puzhal, earning ₹15,000 per month. She now expertly manages both her career and household, providing her family with much-needed financial stability.
