Three ATSWA Vocational Training centres function at Redhills, Thirumullaivoyal of Chennai district of Tamil Nadu state and Sathyvedu village of Tirupathi district of Andhra Pradesh we provide employable skill trainings such as Retail Management, Basic Computers, Diploma in Computer Applications, Tally, General Duty Assistants, Personality Development, Soft Skills, Financial Literacy, house-keeping, Front Office Management, door mat making, catering, security guard training, mobile servicing, DTP courses, beauty therapists, Diploma in Hospital Nursing and Midwifery, Certificate in Nursing Assistant, tailoring, Aari work, blouse stitching arts & designing, cup/paper plate making, sanitary napkin making for adolescent youth girls and boys, adult women and men aged between 18-45 years who hail from low income backgrounds. We collaborate with Trust for Retailers and Retail Associates of India (TRRAIN), SMILE Foundation, American India Foundation, Habitat for Humanity India, Tech Mahindra, Club Mahindra, PMKVY and NCVRT to provide courses which vary from 1 month to 2 years. We have 86.64% successful placements record. So far, we were able to train 3264 deserving people, still counting.
