Equitas – small loan for women groups – 18 groups 180 women – 1,20,000 to 1,80,000 per group for income generation activities.

Plate and cup making from Butternut bark

Sixty women from six women groups in Pulicat are being trained to make plates and cups from Butternut bark with the help of a pressing machine at Kadapakkam village. The programme is conducted with the support of Club Mahindra of the Mahindra group under CSR support. The income from this income generation programme will be distributed for the welfare of the village.
